    Harder & Associates' mission is to provide our customers with accurate, evidence-based, comprehensive, and timely information and services using experienced investigative resources in an efficient, intelligent, and cost-effective manner.


Presidents Background

    Ed Piggins, the president of Harder & Associates, is a former Federal Probation Officer who has managed his own investigative services company since 1979, and has a Masters Degree in Political Science and Sociology from the Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a member of the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI), and is licensed by the Department of Consumer Affairs, Bureau of Collections and Investigative Services.
